Management phenomenon

In his administrative activity any manager should focus on a mandatory basis the following points:

 general political situation;

 economic conditions;

 the situation in the team, which he directs.

These are the three main points that are closely interwoven, without which high efficiency in management can not be achieved. Based on them, the head is required to change both the tactics and the strategy of its business.

In management there are two major trends:

 Rationalism is based on administrative management, where a person is considered as a kind of machine, without flaws and emotions.

 Irrationalism, considering the man as a person, with all its emotions, family dramas, human weaknesses.

This approach is based on human motivation, which is due to their positive personal qualities compensate for their disadvantages and can do wonders.

In, the company is considered, depending on the approaches to the management as "open system" in which the company lives its inner life, it does not respond to changes in the external environment. Such firms differ ineffective and futile activity. Under the environment is a situation of political and economic life, the situation in the business.
